Mona Lisa’s message is to Transcend Fear. Her creation was inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s 16th century tank design. Not surprisingly, she was constructed on an Italian truck chassis. She wears a pair of rockets and a ring of propane powered jets created by Purdue’s Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering Graduate Students. Her flame effects are intense and augment her thousands of individually programmable LEDs. Her armor and flames can be truly frightening but her intimate interior invites you to transcend those fears.
